You can now pay for our services 24 hours a day 7 days a week, using our secure card payment service.
Enter the amount of rent owed – if you owe more than 1 weeks payment enter the full amount to be charged from your bank account
Enter your Name and property reference or room number and street name (eg Joe Bloggs 20 Street Name)
Now click “Pay Now”
Enter your email address (you will be sent a receipt of your payment to the email address provided)
Enter your card payment details and click Pay

Confirmation of Payment
Once your payment has been authorised, you will be sent an email confirmation from Stripe.com, if you haven’t received this email within 24 hours please contact the office on 01283 511152 to check payment has successfully gone through.
Your payment will be credited to your account usually within 7 days, there is no charge or minimum payment required for using our online service.
If your payment is unsuccessful, the application will display a screen informing you of this situation. Remember – it is not ‘A Perfect Room’ that is refusing your card payment – it is the card issuing bank that is refusing to authorise the payment.
If this occurs and the funds are readily available you will need to contact your card company to discuss the reasons for the refusal and make alternative arrangements to make payment to ‘A Perfect Room’
If you make a payment in mistake you must contact the office immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so a payment can be refunded to you.
Where payment was initially made by debit/ credit card, refunds shall be applied back to the same card account via Stripe.
‘A Perfect Room’ staff do not have access to your full card details on the managed service.
